As both a former federal grant manager and a student whose academic journey was made possible through competitive grants, I’ve experienced the power of funding from both sides. I founded CREED Consulting to help mission-driven leaders access the same opportunities that shaped my own path. My career includes managing multimillion-dollar discretionary grants at the U.S. Department of Education and supporting grant-funded programs across special education, research, and community-based services. I’ve reviewed, written, and awarded grants, and I know what it takes to build a winning, fundable program. Through CREED, I combine technical expertise with a deep commitment to equity and access. My goal is simple: to help you secure the funding you need to serve, grow, and lead with impact.
